The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 2378 of 2023 arising out of Excise Patna P.S. Case No. 364 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) / 56(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2023 and there is recovery of 650 liters of country made liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 2378 of 2023 arising out of Excise Patna P.S. Case No. 364 of 2023.
