This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gamhariya P.S. Case No.44 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are said to have killed the daughter of the deceased.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2024 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Case No.44 of 2024.
