2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022 instituted under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant has jointly submitted that the parties have settled their disputes and petitioner has agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 3,15,000/- to the opposite party no. 2 out of which Rs. 1,57,500/- has already been paid to the opposite party no. 2 and the rest of the amount shall be paid to the opposite party no. 2 at the time of surrender and furnishing of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32809 of 2025(5) dt.17-02-2026 2/2 bail bonds. A mediation report has been received from the Patna High Court Mediation Centre.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, Saran/ concerned Court in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

5. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted subject to the condition that the petitioner shall furnish a demand draft of the balance amount which shall be handed over to the opposite party no. 2/ informant in the Court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
