Earlier, for the same relief the petitioner had approached this court, which was dismissed long back on 21.8.2003. Earlier also, petitioner, though not son of the Dafadar, being nephew, had claimed for appointment as Dafadar, which was rejected by this court and again for the same relief the petitioner has approached this court.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
