Petitioner is in custody in connection with Khusarupur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation against this petitioner is that a motorcycle and arms was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly five months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
