31-03-2016 Heard Sri Gopal Prasad Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 14 as well as Sri Chandra Kant, learned counsel for the respondent/Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University.

The petitioner, in the present writ petition, has made a prayer for directing the respondents to pay his arrear of salary, which was due on the ground that he discharged the duty as part time Professor. Earlier for the same relief, the petitioner had filed a writ petition, which was disposed of. Subsequently, a contempt petition was also filed, which too was not entertained by this Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15849 of 2011 (4) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 In view of the fact that for the same relief, earlier a writ petition was filed and subsequently contempt petition was also filed, which was not entertained, I do not find any ground to entertain the present writ petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
