Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur Town P. S. case no. 309/2016 registered under sections 379, 353, 504 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Although petitioner is not named in the FIR but it appears that name of the petitioner came in course of investigation. It further appears that the petitioner and others went inside the hospital and created ruckus and also damaged hospital property.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19314 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
