The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.474 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that some unknown persons have committed loot of Rs.1,10,000/- from the informant on gun point. 4.

The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is accused in three more criminal cases.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that he is accused in three more criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
