JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 24C of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 380, 452 and 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners as per complaint petition is that they came variously armed and allegation against petitioner No.1 is that he misbehave with the complaint by saying her Dyne on the plea that she done something to which his grandson fell ill. There is also allegation against other petitioners that they assaulted the informant and others.

No.30851 of 2019(5) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact a case has been lodged by wife of petitioner No.1 against the informant and others with respect to an occurrence of outraging modesty of her daughter-in-law and assault to petitioner No.1 and Lalo Devi and petitioner No.1 also received injuries in that occurrence as such they have falsely been implicated in this case.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri K.P. Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Complaint Case No. 24C of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
