Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 47 (F) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and under Sections 3 and 6 of Bihar Mahua Flower Control Act, 2006.

It is alleged that 2235 kg. Mahua Flowers was recovered from pick-up van.

It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the vehicle in question. No incriminating material has been
