2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 795 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the cases disclosed in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition are not of a similar nature. The petitioner is under custody since 15.12.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24874 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 795 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
