1. The petitioners by way of this writ petition states that in the selection conducted by the respondents for 70 posts, 52 candidates have been appointed, while the petitioners case were left out for consideration.

2. The respondents have filed their reply and pointed out that a writ petition came to be filed by those 52 candidates, which were allowed and in terms of the order passed by this Court, those 52 candidates have also been ordered to be removed from service. Thus, it is not a case of discrimination.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not been
