The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, it is stated by the informant that on receiving information about his son having sustained gun shot injury, on reaching near the place of occurrence he was informed by the injured son that he has been shot at by the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Occurrence has not taken place in the manner alleged. The

The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner being the assailant, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the application is rejected.
