JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case the petitioner is seeking relief of mandamus commanding respondents for implementation of the Award dated 02.02.1996 passed in Reference Case No. 12 of 1994 by the Presiding Officer, Chapra, whereby he has directed for regularization of service of the petitioner as well as for payment of salary for the period from 14.04.1992. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till today the service of the petitioner has not been regularized nor any payment has been made.

As the Zila Parishad is not represented by any counsel, the case is of the year 1997, it would not be proper to adjourn the case any further. In such view of the matter, let petitioner file an application before Deputy Development Commissioner, Chapra (respondent no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.760 of 1997 dt.05-02-2015 2/2 the Deputy Development Commissioner, Chapra, will be obliged to take necessary steps for implementation of the Award as it has arrived to finality. If the learned Deputy Development Commissioner arrives to different conclusion he will dispose of representation by a reasoned order, within six months from the date of filing of the application before him. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
