JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for a writ in the nature of mandamus to command and direct to the respondent authorities to issue a register of Sale of stamps and also to issue a stock register in the favour of the petitioner because the petitioner is a license holder bearing License No. 05/ 1972 and for sale of Government stamp and to this effect his Kiosk was/ is installed at the gate of Sub- Divisional Office and on 10.02.2023 at about 18.00 hours when he kept his bag inside the counter was locking his counter/ shop but after locking the shop he has not found his bag therein

Patna High Court CWJC No.6295 of 2023(2) dt.30-10-2023 2/2 which different values of stamps amounting Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand Rupees, Rs. 80,000/- Cash along with registers and other papers were kept. Thereafter the petitioner has lodged first information report bearing Sasaram P.S. Case no. 116 dated 10.02.2023 on the same day at 19.35 hours, so far as a direction to issue sale register and stock register because due to non-availability of same petitioner is suffering a lot for his only livelihood and his entire family is dependent on that source of income."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
