16-12-2015 Heard Sri Surendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 5 as well as Sri Mrigank Mauli, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of respondent no. 2.

The petitioner in the present writ petition has assailed the communication issued by the District & Sessions Judge, Bettiah, whereby, the claim of petitioner for consideration of his appointment as Steno-cum-Clerk has been turned down. Against the said order, the petitioner has directly approached this Court. Instead of examining the correctness of the impugned order, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Registrar General of Patna
