ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Thakaraha P.S. Case No.100 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that Petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law of the deceased, petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no.3 is the sister-in-law of the deceased living separately from the family of the deceased. It is further submitted that the husband of the deceased has

It is further submitted that the allegations against the present petitioners are general and omnibus and the entire family has been roped in on mere speculation.
Considering the fact that the husband is now in custody and also considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Thakaraha P.S. Case No.100 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
