2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on 26.09.2023, his son along with his friend were coming to village on motorcycle, in the meantime, this petitioner along with co-accused Ashish and two unknown persons stopped them and this petitioner and coaccused, Ashish fired as a result, son of informant got injured.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is not an eye witness. As per F.I.R., these persons are alleged to have fired but only one fire arm injury was found on the son of informant.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-I, Saharsa, in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) sanjeev/- U T
