JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 The petitioner is aggrieved by Memo dated 13.02.2013 passed by the President, Bihar State Board of Religious Trust, Patna whereby his representation for being appointed as Manager of Nawahi Temple Trust has been rejected. Counsel for the Board submits that the impugned order has been passed after hearing all concerned. He submits that the petitioner has been made a member of the Trust Committee.

The petitioner if aggrieved may approach the District Judge under Section 32(3) of the Act. If any application for condonation of delay is filed, the same would be considered
