The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 147, 148, 149, 384,504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46857 of 2017 (2) dt.09-10-2017 2/3 Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the land, which is claimed by the informant, is a government land. There is proposal for settlement of three decimals of government land to 45 persons including these petitioners. From written report it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation on account of land dispute. The informant is claiming the aforesaid land. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lal Bihari Paswan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dinara P.S.Case no. 173 of 2017,subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. with further conditions (1) bailors should be local
