The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 109 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant 05 liters liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.2.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly two months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
