The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai (Benta O.P.) P. S. Case No. 88 of 2020 dated 10.02.2020, instituted for offences under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in which charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The daughter of the informant who is aged about 17 years went missing from the house. On enquiry

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26998 of 2020(2) dt.20-10-2020 2/3 from the neighbourhood, the informant came to learn that the petitioner has enticed her away for the purposes of marriage.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an absolutely false case has been instituted against him. In fact, he had helped the victim girl in searching a job because she was not happy in her home. In fact, the petitioner arranged for the job of a maid to the victim girl in Delhi. This fact has been stated by the so called victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, attendant / surrounding facts and the period of custody which is from 15.02.2020, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with
