The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner attempted to molest the complainant while she was sleeping. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case because prior to the present case, wife of the petitioner had lodged a case against complainant and other family members, vide Benipatti P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
