JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeraj Nandan, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the respondents/ B.N. Mandal University.

The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for directing the respondents/ University to issue original certificate of M.A. (English) for an examination held in the year 1996 for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9472 of 2008 (4) dt.24-04-2015 2/2 Session 1993-95.

In this case a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent / University. It has been stated that for issuance of certificate the petitioner has been informed to submit application, relevant papers and process fee also. In view of stand taken in the counter affidavit, the court is of the opinion that there is no need to keep the matter pending. The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to apply in proper proforma along with requisite fee for obtaining original certificate. If such application is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, the respondent no. 4 / Registrar of the University is required to issue certificate as claimed by the petitioner within a period of one month thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of.
