The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 362 of 2016 registered under Sections 418, 419, 420, 384, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is based on self statement of the informant stating therein that on confidential information he conducted a raid and found that one Raj Kishore Gupta is managing to cross the trucks illegally at the check-post with the help of other persons on the basis of forged and fabricated documents. It is submitted that Raj Kishore Gupta was apprehended who disclosed the name of Saroj Gupta and Saroj Gupta disclosed the name of the petitioner and others. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46564 of 2016 (2) dt.01-12-2016 anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. Considering the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimkur Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 362 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
