JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Due to the third wave of COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of Virtual Court proceeding. The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted that the petitioner was granted provisional bail by the Court below for appearance in his examination. After the expiry of the period of provisional bail, the petitioner did not surrender in the Court below. Hence, the present application filed in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 302/2019 has become infructuous and learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present application.
