Mithila University submits that all the grievances raised in the present writ petition has already been redressed and this fact has been incorporated in the counter affidavit which he intended to file. It may be filed in Registry. Office is required to place it on record. The submission made by learned counsel for the L.N. Mithila University regarding redressal of the grievances of the petitioner was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly there is no need to keep the matter pending.
