Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 447, 323, 324, 354B, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties as is evident from Annexure-2. Petitioners have no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
