Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Araria P.S. Case No. 337 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with butt of pistol causing head injury to him. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner and informant are residents of same village and both are tempo driver. In fact, scuffle took

Moreover, injury found on the head of informant is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent as mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 337 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
