2. In the present case, the copy of the FIR bearing Barauni P.S. Case No. 406 of 1992 has not been filed.
3. In view of the above, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh quashing application annexing the relevant documents.
4. The trial Court is directed to proceed in the matter expeditiously and will not delay the trial merely on the ground that any quashing application is pending in this Court.
5. The trial Court is also directed to file a status report of the trial of the Barauni P.S. Case No. 406 of 1992 after three months.
6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai through FAX for its compliance.
