The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kaji Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that the F.I.R. is lodged by the informant with ulterior motive. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
