The petitioner's application for grant of arms license has been rejected by the District Magistrate, Patna vide Annexure2 dated 12.6.2014, thereafter, he preferred Arms Appeal No.442 of 2014 before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the matter was heard on 29.10.2015 and the order was reserved but the same is yet to be delivered.
Accordingly, I dispose of the writ application directing the Divisional Commissioner, Patna to take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
