Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the on the basis of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the petitioner has been paid 100% pension, full gratuity, leave encashment, GPF and other retirement benefits and he has also been granted benefit of ACP and in view of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19039 of 2015(5) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 stand of the respondent State, all the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application as the present writ application has become infructuous.
