The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 325, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons assaulted the prosecution side by Gadasa etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against one Rama Mandal and so far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general allegation that they along with other accused also assaulted. He further submits that some of the co-accused, similarly situated, have been granted anticipatory bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21805 of 2017 (3) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 21.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52714 of 2016. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case no. 96 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
