JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-04-2015 Since a final order of punishment has come to visit the petitioner, let the petitioner file a fresh writ application challenging the order of punishment, which is withholding of 25% pension.

The Court is not inclined to allow the interlocutory application looking at the initial relief which was prayed for in the writ application.
