The writ application, bearing C.W.J.C. No. 13174 of 2011, filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 22.03.2013 with a direction to Regional Deputy Director Education, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur to examine the entitlement of the petitioner. A show-cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.3, in which he has stated that the liability for payment of dues is with Regional Deputy Director Education, Munger

Patna High Court MJC No.4721 of 2013 (3) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 Division, Munger from where the petitioner has retired. It has further been stated that all relevant records have already been sent. A show-cause has also been filed on behalf of opposite party no.6 stating that steps have already taken for payment of various dues of the petitioner. In support of the statements, opposite party no.6 has annexed various letters. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he may file his detailed claim before the appropriate authority, who would duly consider the claim within a period of three months form the date of its receipt.

This application stands disposed of.
