2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant suspects that this petitioner kidnapped the son of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unmarried lady, aged about 18 years. Informant has suspected only because she used to talk with the son of informant on mobile. During investigation, there is no other material against the petitioner to show her involvement in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna, in connection with Malsalami P.S.
