JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 344 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 498A and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

As per the allegation, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with one Md. Aurangjeb @ Raja and, thereafter, the family members of said Md. Aurangjeb @ Raja demanded dowry and started torturing her for payment of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6197 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 4,00,000/-. The allegation has been made that the informant's son received telephonic information about the illness of his daughter and after some time it has been informed that his daughter is dead. The informant has apprehension that his son-in-law and the other family members including the petitioners are involved in commission of the crime.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the persons are minor. So far as petitioner No. 1, namely, Neha Naz is concerned, she is at the borderline of majority, but technically she is minor. So far as other accused persons are concerned, they all are minor.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below, within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 344 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
