No one is present on behalf of appellant. The learned counsel for the respondents is present, he submits that on behalf of respondents I.A. No. 6231 of 2016 has been filed as the appeal has abated. The sole appellant died on 18.04.2014 but up till now no steps has been taken to substitute his legal heirs in place of deceased appellant.
The learned counsel for the respondents seeks permission to correct the provision of law in I.A. No. 6231 of 2016, permission is granted.
Heard the learned counsel for the respondents. No one is present on behalf of appellant and no step has been taken for substituting his legal heirs in place of deceased appellant as yet and, as such, the appeal has abated. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed as abated.
