JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 54550 of 2017. It has been submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time due to reason that he was suffering from Jaundice from 15.01.2018 to 10.03.2018. In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 16.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 54550 of 2017.
