The petitioners being the parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.
Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52223 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha (West Champaran) in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No.39 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
