In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.671 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354-B and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant side, damaged the household articles and taken away two boxes containing 40 grams of gold.

There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, VI-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case no. 671 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
