NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Vide earlier order dated 11.12.2015 in this case, provisional bail was granted to the petitioner, which was operative till 21.12.2015 and it was directed to be confirmed by the learned Court below, if the dispute between the petitioner and one Gulshan Khatoon, Opposite Party No. 2, would be resolved. In the said order, notices were issued to Opposite Party No. 2 directing her to appear before the learned A.C.J.M. Sitamarhi for which requisites were to be filed by the petitioner within a week, which finds place at para-3 of the order. The said para-3 may be deleted, as the petitioner and the informant have been directed to appear before the learned Court below for resolution of the dispute.
