It appears that all admitted dues of the petitioner have now been paid except for benefit of 3rd A.C.P. which has been rejected by an order.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 10.02.2015 (Annexure-I), if so advised.

The petitioner shall also be given the detailed calculation chart of G.P.F. from the starting period till 1995. If it transpires that any further amount is payable, the petitioner shall bring it to the notice of the concerned officer and payment shall also be made to the petitioner without delay.
