Accordingly, this application filed on behalf of the petitioners to grant them anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No.1314 of 2017, arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No.304 of 2017, pending in the court of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, is dismissed as being not maintainable. However, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36448 of 2017 (2) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 petitioners would be at liberty to seek remedy before the appropriate forum.
