Case no. 82 of 2008 (G.R. Case No. 1797 of 2008). Since the Parties agree that now the matter has been compromised.

In the interest of the Parties, further Proceedings of Cr. Cases No. 1, G.R. No. 1797 of 2008 arising out of Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 82 of 2008, pending before Smt. Reshma Verma, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, Complaint Case No. 1890 C of 2005 and Complaint Case No. 2489C of 2008, are hereby, dropped. Let original Draft No. 253051 dated 11.8.2015 of S.B.I. Branch, Srikrishnapuri, Patna, for a sum of Rs.1,80,000/- be handed over to the counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 since cash of equivalent value has been paid.
