JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/354/504/326/307 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that having similar allegation coaccused Bifan Sah and Pappu Sah have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. 28546 of 2015.

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be
