Today when the matter is listed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even he is not in possession of the records.

The matter is of the year 1996, under the circumstances, the present writ application is being disposed of with a liberty that in case the original writ applicant is of the opinion that the matter is alive and the learned Advocate is having the papers, he can move an appropriate application by way of writ petition with the xerox copy of the entire petition so that the main petition can be reconstructed.

With the liberty aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
