JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 189 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 144, 341, 323, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of their enemies. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature and nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

No.42535 of 2017(6) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 189 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
