2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.11.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 74926 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to mistake, the case numbers mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the bail application was wrongly typed and in result, the wrong case numbers were inserted in paragraph no.7(I) and 7(II) in the order sheet dated 29.11.2023. Counsel submits that such mistake shall not take place in future. Counsel further submits that wrong case numbers inserted in the bail application has been

4. In the light of the submissions made, let the case number mentioned in the order sheet dated 29.11.2023 in paragraph no.7(I) i.e. Vishambharpur P.S. Case No.174 of 2021 be corrected as Vishambharpur P.S. Case No.174 of 2020 and case number mentioned in paragraph no.7(II) i.e. Vishambharpur P.S. Case No.178 of 2022 be corrected as Vishambharpur P.S. Case No.120 of 2021.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands allowed and the order dated 29.11.2023 is hereby modified up to that extent.
